Go to www.sykletiljobben.no and sign up today.
Choose whether you’re participating alone or with the Norwegian or Widerøe Sports Club Association/Bedriftidrettslaget.
Then choose whether you want to join a team with colleagues or participate individually. A team can have a maximum of 5 people. You create your own team if desired, for example Finance, ExComms, or another department.
Each activity earns points. An activity can be, for example: cycling, running, walking, kayaking, horseback riding, curling, sailing, paddleboarding, volleyball, strength training, football, golf, yoga, roller skiing, surfing, pilates – or any other activity.
We compete against companies all over Norway and internally.
In the app and on the website Sykle til Jobben, you can follow participants and teams and see how you’re ranking along the way.
Activities are logged in the app or on the website. Alternatively, you can connect your training diary directly with Strava or your Polar watch.

How to collect points and move up – Main Rule and Star Rule
Participants can earn a maximum of 3 points per day. Points from your registered activities accumulate and are added together. If you register one activity worth 1 point and another worth 3 points on the same day, you will receive 3 points for that day
Main Rule
You can earn a maximum of 3 points per day. All activity counts.
At least 30 minutes of activity = 1 point
At least 60 minutes of activity = 2 points
At least 90 minutes of activity = 3 points
Star Rule
Active commuting, working out with a colleague, and walk & talk sessions earn points from 10 minutes!
10–29 minutes of activity = 1 point
30–44 minutes of activity = 2 points
45+ minutes of activity = 3 points
